Put it under your pillow when you go to sleep. Your pillow will take care of the rest.

 

Run hot water over it for half a minute, let it dry slightly and then leave it in a jar of rice for 4 hours

Anything that is able to absorb heaps should suffice, i figure the dirt will be absorbed along with the water

 

I let it sit out to dry for about an hour after dipping warm piss all over it and that didn't work, was an hour not enough? Or should I leave it out to dry for a specific amount of time?

Try frying it in boiling oil and letting it dry. The oil will drain out the piss smell and cover it in toilet paper before it dries. This should mix with the oil. Leave it for 5 minutes and remove the toilet paper. Should be dry and working now

 

Eat the keyboard.

Buy this keyboard, then remove the keys and put it on the keyboard you have. I've seen this problem before, and you have to take out every key and replace them. It's a pain, but it works!
