Are we using alien technology?

Ugh...science stems from logic. Maybe if you used both science and logic, you would realize that your claims are ludicrous and unfalsifiable.

From science, technology has advanced in a very predictable exponential manner. I don't get why you suspect otherwise...

That first human; the one who somehow took chemicals, metal rods/tables, and electricity, and put them together in a complex series of combinations, to create output.

We adapted to our environment to fit our suited needs. Humans were blessed with a brain instead of brawn to with this adaption. We also just happened to take advantage of this adaption.

I'm sorry, but are you an idiot? Do you have any idea how gradual processes work? Science is a gradual, compounding body of human knowledge. Everything we discover is derived from what we already know; it does not simply "pop" out of nowhere (or from aliens...lmao). To figure out new things we use past knowledge, logic, experimentation, math, etc. Where did the first body of knowledge come from, you ask? Well, quite obviously logic and experimentation are certainly within human grasp, aren't they?

It's not like it all happened at once, or as if we suddenly went from banging rocks together to flying in planes...

Electricity has been partially understood for hundreds of years, naturally it was followed eventually by lighting, radio and so on.

It's just the natural course of advancement, hastened by the eventual invention of the internet and the global collaboration it allows for.

and knew how technology actually worked, you wouldn't be asking htis question.

That thought actually ran through my mind a couple of times.

A beings worst enemy is that which is incapable of knowing when or why they may be wrong. I suppose this was my flaw.

there are lots of different theories. One is based on the Mayan calendar, and states that in 2012 (can't remember the exact date), mankind is supposed to reach an infinite speed of technological advancement.

Yea Cause Aliens came one day and said to us, "Here you are! Here you go, here have some of our technology, I'd like to take it upon ourselves to welcome you to the universe, sorry it took a little while, but compared to us old timers you guys are young! Oh yea and don't worry because the technology your using now, is millions of years outdated to us, so ENJOY!" haha

Bro, I am using Alien Technology right now.

My battery from my laptop is being run by an alien baby which I stole from it's alien mother(who powerlevels my accounts might I add) and the bitch is running on a hamster wheel making my Sythe experience possible.
