Are they really worth it?

Mithril gloves. (obviously on a pure)

Are they really worth it? Are there better substitutes?

Is it worth the 3 hours + of questing? I just did all the quests needed for RFD and got the skills for it.

And then i found out about the combat bracelet. What do you think?

Well first of all, pures can obtain Adamant Gloves.

And yes, it is 100% worth it.

I would suggest getting them; cheaper then regens so good for pking. The higher end gloves are even better - get it.

 

Combat brace has the same stats as mith glives(correct me if i'm wrong). If you really don't want to do the quests(like I was) then ndon't do them.

ADAMANT GLOVES! and obviously worth it! for one they have NO negative attributes and come with a great strength bonus.
secondly they are CHEAP, when you die, and trust me, even the best pures die, you will be anoyed at the loss, sometimes hourly if that is all you do. with adamant gloves you can literally go and pick them back up, same as ghostly robes and god books.

Addy gloves > CB bracelet. Addy gloves are pretty cheap, and not too many quests to complete for them.

 

Yeah you can get those now that you can go back to the monkey island without getting the training XP.

I would have to say it is worth the time to get them.
