    Are social engineering services allowed?

I've been looking around Sythe to find the answer to this question and can't seem to as I don't think anyone has offered services like these before (strong chance I'm mistaken but probably missed it).

What I understood from this Blackhat rule update is that any form of blackhat activities that do not put a user or the community in danger is not forbidden. I saw posts of people being banned for social engineering people out of GP and such, but that is not what I am talking about. The type of social engineering I am seeking to offer is universally accepted and defined as "greyhat" and does not directly harm anyone.

I came up with this idea noticing how many people in the gift card market are buying iTunes gift cards. Most of these iTunes gift cards are used for in-app purchases. I can provide a service in which you can make any in-app purchases you want, you give me the order information (when you purchased, how much for, etc.), then I do my magic and you will get refunded your money for the purchases. This has nothing to do with hacking or blackhat, I simply social engineer the app store into giving you your money back.

I also know everyone or most people here are gamers. I can basically provide a service in which I social engineer items delivered to your doorstep. Like headphones, keyboards, monitors, etc..

I have no issue in revealing my methods as I am a professional and if you don't know what you're doing and how to respond to every question they ask you, you'll fuck it up and fail. The app store thing depending on the amount purchased and app I just pick up the phone, call them, and use excuses ranging from "My little brother took my phone and bought all this stuff" or "My phone was stolen and fucked with" etc.. For getting items, I basically just call them up as well and tell them things like "It doesn't work anymore" or a specific part is broken, and they just ship you a "replacement". Again, this has nothing to do with hacking or blackhat.

So my question is, would this kind of service be allowed on Sythe? In which the users ask me to get them a certain item or refund them a certain app purchase and I do it for them? If you're going to spend money on things, you might as well pay less, am I right? I don't see any harm here.

This site literally hosts a gambling subforum for 15 year olds to dice real money, which is incredibly illegal.

I don't mind taking $30 from shady Fortune 500 companies ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ What I'm doing has a fuck ton of plausible deniability and no one has ever or can get caught. These companies don't give a rats ass about these sorts of things. It's offered on a multitude of forums. There are a lot of worse stuff going on around Sythe.

To answer your question, is it illegal? Maybe. Really all I'm doing is lying really well.

Is dicing illegal? Yes. But why are there no repercussions? Because each person does everything on their own volition and you can't prove anything.

So you're asking if scamming Apple is allowed on here?

Calling up Apple and claiming X part is broken or whatever is considered warranty fraud if there is genuinely nothing wrong with the product. So is ringing up and giving a different reason to get a chargeback processed, you're lying to them so it is essentially fraud.
