Are nature runes safe to bot?

I have never had a problem with it. I currently bot nats 24/7 and my account has 27M RC xp.

Yeah it's safe.

 

They're almost as safe as any other rune, if that is what you're wondering.

Im just starting to bot an account for rc, currently 25.

Since all its other skills are 1 is there any profitable method of rc, i know the abbys wont work (it must be bottable)

Otherwise i have to get my defense/woodcutting/mining up right for the abyss?

Nothing is safe to bot. But apparently, nature runes have the highest ban rate.
