This guys been scamming people for a LONG LONG time. I put a report up ages ago, but he wasn't banned. Here's some more proof anyway...

If this isn't enough proof that he's been scamming, it's true what he's said, the mod's and admins are rubbish..

The full MSN address has to be visible. From that screenshot, I can't tell whether you're talking to [email protected] or [email protected].
