it was a complete misunderstanding. it was not his or his assistance fault at all it was my own, and i would like to say sorry.

"Tell him to check his paypal or his email. He might need to accept the payment before it shows up in his account. The money is coming from my assistant who works in China, hence the email being somewhat Asian in nature. I had went out for dinner after the payment was sent."
