Arbsales2 Self Impersonation

So I noticed this:

Where he said he was scammed by Arbsales2 and the PMs didn't match up, suggesting it may be an impostor.

However, this user only has two posts, including the one i've linked above, and the other doesn't contain his contact information either?

How would an impostor of Arbsales2 have added him?

So I searched that display name via skype and came up with 2 results, one being Arbsales2's real skype which is the same as his Sythe name, found on his profile. The other being "Arbsales2." with a dot.

I resolved both skypes and received a total of 3 different IPs from the 2 skypes, with none of them matching.

However, the impostor skype gave me an IP, meaning it has been active more than likely within the past 24 hours (not sure how long a record is maintained of the last IP address to log into a skype, but it usually doesn't last more than a day or so.) This means that the alternate Arbsales2. skype which has an identical skype display name was active recently, and coincidentally Frieza was just active last night.

After examining the IPs, I found something interesting.

All of these IPs are public or mobile IPs. However, they're all from California (Which is also coincidentally where Arbsales2 lists himself as being from: http://prntscr.com/7ti2rh ). While the 173. IP is a decent distance away, the other two IPs, keeping in mind they're both mobile IPs and from TWO separate skypes, one meant to be Arbsales2 and the other meant to be "Impersonating" him, are incredibly similar in location, very very close in fact.

It seems Arbsales2 was impersonating himself and tried hiding this fact via using mobile IPs (he's smarter than the average self impostor who usually uses his home IP for both skypes, i'll give him that.)
Given the fact that:
-The user who was scammed did not have publicly listed contact information
-Arbsales2 is a rather new user and seems to, with the exception of one 07 service he provides, barely venture outside of the RSPS market. Coincidentally the scam was for 70b Ikov GP as well, which is something regularly traded by Arbsales2. It seems very unlikely someone would impostor him, coincidentally scamming for what he seems to trade the most.
-The impostor's mobile IP and his mobile IP are basically in the same location, the likelihood of this being possible along with all of the other similarities is next to none.

Perhaps Frieza can be requested to supply the final screenshot showing the "arbsales2." so-called "impostor" skype profile so this report can all be tied together, however if he does not return to sythe in order to supply this, I feel there may be enough to prove his guilt above.

 

Hello sythe staff, I was involved in a two way imposter scam.
I am being blamed for scamming 70b when the user traded an imposter.

There is three imposter Skype under my name and the person traded an imposter while I was being DDOS attacked. I was offline for like 15-25 minutes and couldn't connect to multiple things, so I had to use my phone to go on sythe and that was all I could connect to without burning through my LTE.

The only "proof" on me is that my mobile ip and the imposters Skype ip resolves to a location in California
It's even said on my profile that I live in California, it's not something that I'm trying to hide
I can prove my home ip and mobile phones ip if needed but I am currently posting this report from my LTE so a mod could check that anyway.
It's said the trade is 70b, I handle double and sometimes triple that daily, I have no intention to scam.

As all staff i'm sure are well aware of, it isn't hard for a user to impersonate themselves.

Frieza had literally only made one post on Sythe.org before being contacted by Arbsales2's "impostor" and had not listed his contact information publicly ANYWHERE.. So i'd love to know how this impostor would've gotten into contact with him?

The part about there being more than the 2 ArbSales2's on skype is valid, however the third skype and fourth skype have nowhere near a similar display names, and one has an avatar while the real Arbsales2' and the more recent impostor do not, on top of the fact that one of them hasn't been active within the time frame, and the other one which is in no way similar to the impostor in question is from Denmark.

Given the information presented on my original post and this additional information, the other two impostors can more than likely be ruled out, as the image provided by Frieza very clearly shows the "impostor"'s skype display name.

This leaves the real Arbsales2 skype and the arbsales2. "impostor" which have both used mobile IPs from the same location within the past 24 hours or so, which is also the time frame in which Frieza was scammed.
Unless the user he claims is an impostor with the arbsales2. skype was literally standing next to him while impersonating him, it's very clear that he is responsible for this impostor skype.

He's offering to prove his home IP which is completely irrelevant in this matter, as well as offering to show proof of his phone/mobile IP, which won't do anything as you can literally change a mobile IP in SECONDS. It will do nothing other than confirm what he's already confirmed and what we already know, that he's from California, where both he and the impostor skype were located.

It seems he's now resorting to classic b.s. excuses claiming this was an impostor that scammed a user who had no information listed for an impostor to find him in the first place.
