would you need to get 20-68 summoning?

I only really use crimson, and if I had to guess it would be around 3k.

Using crims at such an early level is a waste.

I think it's more efficient to use greens. Golds if you have them left over.

Train slayer. Thats how I get all my charms

 

Kill slayer npcs. a very good way of getting charms cause a lot of npcs from slayer drop charms, like spiders

 

Burst rock lobs/granite crabs.
if you don't have the magic level I'll do it for the cost of the runes

 

Around 2-3k Crimsons, but as Determinate says it pretty much a waste at that level.

If you're going to get Crimsons, then I recommend bursting Rock Lobs (y)

 

Uhm i used like 200 blues 1k gold 2 k greens and 1500 crimsons for lv 57 now used 800 crimsons to 66 and gonna make 18k barker toads Wich bringes me to lv 80 so its a matter of ho much u have and calculating what u need

 

I would also recommend doing slayer for charms. Not only will you get combat experience and slayer experience, you will also get some decent loot and charms.
