    [Approved] Remove the "picture proof" requirement in all forums except Account Sales
    re: [Denied]Require picture proof for sales in Neopets market

    This came up as we were discussing other suggestions, and we decided to make the above change.

    All Account Sales forums still need picture proof for the time being. Any forums that still have their "you need pictures" threads still require pictures.
