Sorry mate i completely missed your reply here, and whilst you are completely correct it does not stop people from bogus bumping/posting as i said before with such people like @Dzeny

It can literally be because they want to mass advertise their "giveaways" or "discounts" which they feel is justified. I can literally name several sections of markets, and each time i have reported in cases with people like @Kanye or even @Yoshiki i believe as well (report button, not an actual report) i have been told to "present evidence" and it gets declined.

I mean without being horrible to any staff member, it isn't our role to go actively search these things for said people.. I get time is and can be valued and as such is somewhat the reason they do that and ask you to show proof of what you're on about, but at the same time a lot of poeple either don't want to do that due to the negative attention it brings them or just straight out are too lazy.

If this is related to the titles of a thread I fully agree, but not everyone can afford to spend $200+ on a whole graphics revamp. Atleast that's what I assume based off of the level of negotiating I get in my server, some people are usually on a thin budget for stuff like that.
