[APPROVED] Archiving of inactive Donor Dicing threads

Many of the current donor dicing threads are inactive and even the ones which are locked still appear in the Donor Dicing section.

My suggestion is to archive locked donor dicing threads to clear up the clutter of the donor dicing lounge.

I feel that the donor dicing section is just cluttered full of threads which are not in use and this is not needed.

You are able to report inactive threads and have them locked but the threads still exist in the donor lounge when they are not even being used.
