[Approved] (procedural) clarity Dispute section for DNT's

Dispute a Ban, DNT or TWC

If I remember correctly the dispute section previously precluded the DNT part in the title.
There's a sticky for a TWC template. Interestingly enough, right now five out of five visible disputes in this particular section are created by members who carry a DNT.
But if you look at the section there's no template for how to appeal DNT's. Furthermore, there are no rules, formats or explanations on how to dispute a DNT and how this is coherent with a Pardon (for example: which procedure should be followed first?). Right now things seem very arbitrary when DNT's dispute their status. Some clarity would be good for the mods dealing with the disputes, aswell as the applicants

I suggest adding a sticky to shed some light to the procedure of disputing a DNT, implementing this in the TWC sticky or straight out saying that the procedures are the same and just adding DNT in the title (although I highly doubt this is the case because TWC's can be disputed every 30 days).

Agreed - I think one sticky with spoilers for "How to appeal a TWC" and "How to appeal a DNT/ban" would work. There are already too many stickies in that forum.
