[APPROVED] Addendum to the Current RAS 'Report Template' Sticky

It's very outdated, few use Skype anymore (nothing against those who do) and if they do use Skype, they probably have a Discord associated to them as well, so I took the general outline of @Superman's post but made it more modern for the people that use discord and are confused when they see Skype in the layout. I get people confused asking me when writing up their reports, why does is it say only Skype. Something simple, but I thought I'd update it nonetheless.

Made some changes just now to it - How to Report a Scammer; Report Templates + Video Tutorial.

Changes made:
1) I took out anything RS affiliated in the report templates (I.E. - Took out RS from account recovery template and services/account rental templates as I'd like the report template system to remain generalized and not RS specific as we're involved in several game markets).
2) I made some wording changes (including everything you suggested about Discord being added to the templates as it's the main trading/communication platform along with Skype + rewording some parts including yours and some others). I also changed some font sizes and made some spacing changes to make it more clear what should stand out.

This suggestion has been approved and everything seems to be taken care of for now. In the future we may work on simplifying the stickies to make it less confusing/cluttered for everyone.

If anyone has anything they'd like to suggest to be added/removed/changed in the future in any sticky, then feel free to report the thread (or contact staff), and if staff believe it's reasonable and could help without cluttering the section, then I'm sure it'd be heavily considered.
