    Applying An Xbox 360 Faceplate

    Removing & Applying A Xbox 360 Faceplate

What is a Xbox 360 Faceplate?

A Xbox 360 Faceplate is the very front part of your Xbox. It is removable as people like to paint their Faceplates or buy them as you can buy Faceplates from your local gaming store with different designs on them. Removing the Faceplate is an easy process and placing it back on the Xbox is even easier but you just need to know how to do it right. If you wish to go out and buy a new Faceplate from your local gaming store than the average price for them is $10-$20 depending on the quality and design.

How do I Remove the Faceplate?

Removing the Faceplate is very easy just by following a few simple steps which will be under this. Please remember to have nothing plugged in at the front of the Xbox and make sure it is turned off before removing the Faceplate.

Step 1 - Where the USB ports are on the Faceplate, it pushes in. Place your thumb in here and slide it to the top.

Step 2 - Place your other four fingers at the top of the Xbox and pull back applying pressure to the top of the Xbox with your four fingers and pull back with your thumb.

Step 3 - After doing step 2, the right side of the Faceplate should be lifted off. To get the other side off, place your finger at the top between the crack and slide it along to the left until it pops off.

Your done! The Faceplate is off the Xbox and now you can replace it with one you have bought or paint your current Faceplate.

How do I Apply the Faceplate?

Applying the Faceplate back onto the Xbox is easier than removing it. Simply line the Faceplate up and push all four corners in and the middle parts in. After this, you have placed your Faceplate back on your Xbox succesfully.

Just like your other guides I have posted on, this needs pictures, colors or something to make it stand out nobody likes seeing a partial wall of text.

    5/10

Your other guides are better (with pictures)
It would also maybe be better if you had centered the sections and left aligned the info within each section
