Requesting TWC on Mortal Penance

Christmas is a desperate time for everyone so I have no doubt a shitload of ban evaders thought about Sythe.org again, the site where they could easily pull some money out of people without ever being chased. Sammybarcode was one of those guys who maybe didn't join around the Christmas date, though he joined and after a small amount of time he betrayed everyone's trust.

Not very convinced it's him, but atleast we can ask him to provide proof of the location where he lives and by asking picture proof of a bill he has received from his internet provider. Imo this is TWC worthy.
