applemushg "hacked" and banned

This device I'm accessing on should be my home IP. I believe someone had access to my account on the 10th December 2017 and traded with another user.

I tried logging in today and found that my password had been changed. I did an email reset of my password and found that I had been banned.

Please help me with this one. Thanks!

Currently using my home IP.

I tried logging on the account maybe a week or so ago and was told the password was wrong so I didn't proceed to login. Maybe about 4 days ago I reset and changed the password via email and was found that I was banned. I checked the reason and there was an attempted scam.

Please help me with this one!

 

Hi. Can you post a virus scan? What was your old ISP before this one?

I won't be able to access this ip for maybe 3 weeks. May I know what virus detectors I should use in the off chance I use a chinese one [Virus scanner called '360'] and you guys can't approve due to the language barrier (which is understandable).

My old isp should still be '[removed]' which shouldn't have changed. Unless you're talking beginning of account creation, in which case might be '[removed]'. I had a change in internet service maybe some time in June but ISP was still the same.

If you guys could reply with the instructions, I'll try my best to comply and finish this ASAP.

Would it also be alright to open a new thread if this one goes and becomes archived?

 

That isn't one of the ISPs logged. It would be best that we wait until you are able to access from home as there is no previous home IP match. I will leave this thread open, but yes, make a new thread if by the time you post again in a few weeks, it has been archived.
