Reasoning/explanation: i was given a DNT for advertising @Gucci in my discord server, which is in clear violation of absolutely 0 rules.

i would firstly, like to thank the mods/admins for there time, as i'm sure they have better things to do, and also apologies if this is the wrong place.

i recently got a DNT for advertising someone in my own personal discord, which there isnt a single sythe rule against (please find the rules here: The Official Sythe.org Rules).

as there isn't a rule here, stating i cannot advertise someone who is banned from sythe, i haven't broken any rules.

now, i messaged Pendulum on discord, who even acknowledged that there isn't any rules for this, but decided to hand out a DNT anyway: Imgur

here is also Pendulum advertising they can just DNT people as he see's fit, even when they haven't broken any rules, and that they will amend/changes the rules if they have to (surely this should have been done in the first instance so i had a reason for a DNT, instead of just handing one out because his friend made a report on me?).

now, as this is NOT breaking any sythe rules, i don't see why i have been singled out, as quite frankly, other people have partnered with people who have been banned? please see evidence here:

as you can see, others have been allowed to advertise who they want outside of sythe and work with them (because again, it is not against the rules). so i am unsure why i am unable to.

please can this be reviewed.
