Appealing my Ban

So, I was banned for not completing a service. While I did not ever get to do the service, I have proof showing that the individual accusing me did not actually want the service done, which I continually insisted on doing. He decided he wanted a refund, which was never a part of the deal. I was paid to do the service, and was willing to do the service; a refund because he didn't want to wait for me to complete the service was never agreed on as an option.

As the screenshots will show, he eventually asked for me to do 99 agility instead of 99 strength and range, which I explained that I, again, did not offer that as an option, and that 99 agility would be priced differently if I were to offer it, which I have never done because I usually only train combat stats. Afterwards, he says: "Lol jokes, agil is useless. Anyhow. I'll just be going on my way". That was the last time I spoke to him.

I am still willing to complete the service if he would like, but I don't see how this ban shouldn't be appealed due to the fact that he walked away from our deal with the understanding that no service would be completed, regardless of the fact that I was, and still am, willing to complete said service.

Below I will post screen shots of our conversation on Skype, including one in which he gives me his account info. I have blurred out the details for obvious reasons, if an admin needs the raw screenshot, just let me know. Also, there is one of his Skype account name. ----- Below those will be the screen grabs of our conversation via mobile phone text messaging. As these screen grabs will show, I lost my phone and had to get another one, so I will separate them accordingly.

P.S. - The first screenshot of our conversation on Skype has his RuneScape account info blacked out. If an admin needs the raw image, just let me know. Also, there is one of his Skype account name to verify it is him.

I can't blame the guy for wanting a "Refund" your lack of communication with him was ridiculous. You are responsible for communicating with the customer and doing orders in a "Timely" manner, not when you feel like completing the service. You will need to refund the service that is still owed. How much XP did you gain for him prior to him wanting a refund?

 

Any update @Str3? If not this dispute will be closed.
