Appealing infraction

I know infractions are not the end of the world, but if I don't think its deserved I will dispute.

I was infracted for 'spamming' with my post here. As you can see, the topic question was "am I likely to get unbanned" and my reply was "you have literally no chance". My reply is meaningful, and is simply answering the topic question.. There isn't really much else to say and apparently this is spam?
