Appealing ban

I recently sold a runescape account to someone and the account was locked for whatever reason, I assume the person who bought it got caught by a phishing link or something. Anyways he messaged me on Skype insulting me and accusing me of recovering the account, and I constantly reassured him that this was not the case and that I'd attempt to recover the account for him if he'd like but he never stopped insulting me for long enough to say yes so I just gave up, but he messaged me later saying, and I quote, "

So I did attempt to recover it and it was successful. I was banned and told that I must attempt to recover the account for him and despite how ridiculously insulting he was I have recovered the account for him, I will give it back to him if he messages me on skype although he un-added me as a contact so I don't think he's going to. I would pm him on Sythe but I'm banned at the moment sooo.... My user is kkdj20 in case you don't see that and I'd really like to just get back to trading. Finally starting to build up some vouches on this site and really don't appreciate this guy getting me banned because he doesn't know how to handle his account, but regardless I'm ready to return the account to him provided I'm unbanned without penalty.

 

I can confirm that KKDJ20 refunded Concussion the amount paid for the account. I'll request your unban.
