Pipobucc Requesting TWC

Hello i was advised to post here to request TWC in 2012 i was banned for this : Link
I am requesting TWC so that i can once more return to the forums which i love i have never been banned before and it has been years since that happened i have also managed to contact Hackcell and we have discussed and managed to reach an agreement and amount of payment to rectify the error. As soon as i am granded TWC i will contact via the proper channels a mediator or whoever you might recommend so i can repay and resolve this.

 

That's not how it works, you repay your victims and then you create a pardon Request a Pardon
