Appealable Ban

I was banned from runescape some 4 years ago, used my appeals and failed. tho today when i checked I am now able to appeal due to jagex uprgading there banning process or whatever.

Since I was banned in 2005, they have no evidence stored. (wasnt until a year after they started saving evidence). So basically, I would like some feedback on exactly how i should go about appealing this ban.

whats better?

"someone else had access to my account" or;
"I think customer support have made a mistake"

Im thinking due to them having no evidence I can try use that in my favour, tho i feel il still get the auto deny.

Oh yeah and it was for macroing :S

 

I suggest you use the first answer as it's more believeable. Good luck with your appeal, I hope they accept it.

Go with the first one only if you remember ALL your details to that account. Otherwise when it gets locked, you may not be able to recover.

 

DO NOT say anyone else was on your acc.-it will fuck it all up.

say the second
no body, no evidence, no case.

(in this case the dead body would be proof of u macroing )

 

Dont use the first one. If they check and find out its the same IP as you have now, it will screw your account up.
I used the "I think customer support have made a mistake" for my account and it got unbanned in 3 days.
