Appeal Your Offences Now

My pure got perm ban for Macro like 2 years ago. I put it into the thread and it got unbanned. IT IS POSSIBLE. And another RWT got unbanned
 
My appeal still pending , for Hijacking , i hope i get my main back , had 200m worth of stuff on it :(
 
Is this apeal thing only for certain days or I can apeal when ever i want?

I lied on my last chance appeal and it worked ^^

My account got banned for that reason dude what appeal did you use :p

Apparently, Jagex broke it :p They haven't been able to respond to appeals since the system came out; no one with a second chance appeal has been returned to the game yet.

Hey Guys,

I’m the Project manager for the new offence system so I thought I would just jump in and clear up a few points.

Firstly, regarding offence appeals, we are experiencing technical issues preventing us from answering them right now, but we are aiming to get to them very soon.

I would like to remind everyone of the two problems we are experiencing and fixing.

• There are some of you who are unbanned, but cannot log in and play the game. We are fixing this and the problem should be solved very soon.

• A lot of you cannot view evidence when going through the offence appeal process. Again, we hope to have this fixed in the next 24 hours.

Please bear with us. The whole new offence system was one of the biggest launches we have ever done but we are working round the clock to get these small problems fixed.

On a final note, I would like to remind everyone that the aim of this project was not to ‘let everyone back in’ as some of you have suggested. The new offence system is there to simplify and update the rules so they are easier to understand whilst also introducing Degrading offences for smaller offences.

Anyone who has banned for a serious offence will remain banned. They may well gain a second offence appeal so we can review and make sure we did not make a customer support mistake, but the facts remain – If they were banned for something serious, then they stay banned.
