Appeal for some recently gained infractions

Earlier today I was scrolling through the off-topic section of the forums, and I found a thread made by N4NO about vaping and what people's view's of the e - cigarette's are which seemed relevant to me and my life so I decided to make a post, followed by another post, nothing short just extra input I forgot put on my previous comment/post on hes thread, Which to my understanding n4no believe's that posting twice on a thread, is spamming /and a rule, however i would really appreciate someone to explain in this circumstance whether or not adding a post after another post 20 words long is classed as spam or not, or aka short comment's like nice, cool ect..

This is what I posted
"See here's the thing alot of people say that e cigs are better for you than smoking tobacco, but how can something that's in it's purest form, and concentrated into a liquid not be back for you. you're lungs are being coated with liquid i just don't like the idea period."

followed 5 minutes later by:
"Surely it can't be good for ya, you got these businesses making make shift fake ones and putting what ever else they want in there, personally i'll stick to my fag's and get unhealthy that way"

I then got a private message from n4n0 about a hour and a half later and this is what he had to say about what i posted.



If i broke a rule I'm extremely sorry, to sythe team and n4n0 I just don't want these infraction's on my account man I just want to be motivated can I please have a clean slate. I only donated yesterday.

 

Infractions are handled by you Pming the person who gave you them, and if you believe their judgement is unfair, somebody above their level.

Its justified by the way.

 

Just like Blue said we can't help you with this, only moderators can, in particular the one who gave you the infraction. Only thing you could have done is edit your first post instead of creating a new one.

 

Should've edited previous post but if you PM mod/admin who infracted you and explain it nicely, they might remove the infraction.

 

I didn't know you could do this on a reply :S oh shoot yes you can, thanks for the helpful tips guy's but i'm kind of hoping a different moderator deals with this, because what doe's heeding op mean? he said a infraction was for that?

 

Just take the infraction mate. You were spamming in off topic. Like these posts don't really contribute anything to the threads:

Infractions don't have any long lasting effect on your account, unless you incur several of them within a short time frame - don't worry about it. Next time just edit your post
