So a bit of my background history, I'm 07srichest
Joined on 2014, I've mainly sold bulk 07 gp to some of the most known resellers/well trusted people like arcus, r2pleasant, and boglagold. I've even met the owner of boglagold a couple times for IRL cash for my 07. He's a really nice guy. I was vouched by all of them on my vouch thread.
Besides that, I've spent 07 on accounts/DM money because I was addicted to DM.

So my skype mageim80hp is a match of bigamr1, who is previously banned. I'm not the same person as bigamr1, but we do know each other IRL. He's my brother, and I don't recall what he scammed for or how long it's been, but I have no problem refunding to a sythe staff or what not for whatever he scammed.

Alright, if this is the case then you're free to pardon. You're still responsible for your account, and whether or not your story is true it seems like a pardon offense to me rather than a dispute.
