Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: We sent out a ETH payment with default blockchain fee at the time ($1.07 fee). This turned out to be too small because 15 hours later it was still not confirmed. We always use priority fees on our bitcoin payments, but we use a different wallet for ETH so that's why it was possible that it took that long. Blockchain wallet allows you to modify fee after sending, so going forward we will and already have been closely monitoring our outgoing eth payments and adjusting the fee where necessary so that this will not happen again.

When I DMed a few staff members they said another reason for the TWC was this thread: [resolved]

I have shown @BlackBlasses that I was not at fault, he editted in the screenshot proof.

 

Given how in flux crypto fees are right now I will support
