Not his method but when this gets patched tomorrow his method will be patched too it uses the same principal.

This guide is not complete and the fastest by the way.
I know OP doesn't care, just throwing it out there.

Jagex patched it.
I assume now you can get around it by,yes like you said, having a MAXED cash pile in pouch.
