apealing my ban.

i was banned last night for steal 7.50 paypal. this is what happen. during the middle of my trade my internet just cut off and i lost it, i didn't even know if he sent money. I am happy to contuine the trade with a moderator there as we were doing a 50/50 so now its my turn to give the gift and then he will give me rest.
