Apdakid ignoring communication

Explanation of the trade: He bought my 1800+ total main and we agreed on a payment plan (he’d pay 50%+ beforehand and rest later).
How they scammed: @peanut69_420 was the middleman in our trade and everything went smooth. After the trade @Apdakid has not been replying to my messages on Discord or on Sythe so I have reason to believe he is not intending to pay the rest of the amount.

I would like to request permission from moderators to recover the account as it is fairly high level and could be used for malicious activities such as botting or being resold somewhere which could result in it to be permanently banned.

I have not requested any payment from @Apdakid, just wanted to get a reply which he failed to provide. I think that should be sufficient enough proof, that he’s not intending to pay the rest.

@n8than could you please provide me the terms of service you two agreed to? Was there any timeframe on when this would be paid, how often he'd pay, etc?

 

There was no terms of service per se, more just an agreenment that he’d pay 50%+ in advance and then the rest whenever (no time frame really) and incase gold price would fluctuate, we’d still go by the $ price of the account that was agreed upon.

@Apdakid has now replied to me on Discord now and claimed that his Discord was locked and he just got it unlocked and is intending to pay the rest. Can this report be temporarily closed / kept open until the next payment is made and then closed? He said that he’d have me the next part in a week or so.

@n8than my best advice is for you two to come to agreement on a pay schedule. This isn't required but definitely recommended. I can leave this report open until the next payment.

@Apdakid is once again continuing to ignore any sort of communication. On Sythe or on Discord, so I don’t think I’ll be getting the rest of my money. More than likely that he just saw the report, came back for one day to gain some more time on the account.

I’ve been more than patient with him not responding, (messaged him 3 times this week with no response) so I would like to go through with my original report and request a permission to recover the account that was not paid for.

Banned + DNT'd the user as he chose to ignore you and ban evade mid scam report which he re-listed the account for sale on as well.
