You can get into contact with them if you know how.. Also Jagex doesn't waste their time responding to bull shit claims. So most likely if the OP emails them claiming he wasn't botting they will just disregard.

I get responses from Jagex all the time actually and they aren't the best but not the worst in terms of customer service. They just don't have time to deal with all the bullshit haha. Which I don't blame them honestly.

 

They usually don't respond, but you can try reddit, it's your best chance.
