Anyone watch Breaking Bad?

Just got into it, can't stop watching it.

 

What a high quality thread Byte -.-

I've never seen it personally but I've read the description on netflix and it seems like something I might watch eventually if I get bored enough.

 

I saw a bit of it could not get into the mood to keep watching it though.

 

Breaking Bad is epic.

I'd compare it to Heroes, Prison Break and The Walking Dead on its epicness scale. I haven't actually met anyone who doesn't like Breaking Bad.

 

Heroes and The Walking Dead are not even close to the epicness level of the Breaking Bad.

Talking as a person who watched most of the American/British/Russian/Romanian TV series out there, Breaking Bad is definitely at the top, considering acting, scenario and so on. To my big surprise, I have a female friend who didn't like it, her reasoning was "Well, I like TV series about good and rich life such as Suits which makes me happy", my biggest WTF moment.

 

I watched until season 4. I couldnt get into it aftet season4 for some reason and i loved it. Ill have to try again though.

 

Suits is actually a pretty damn good show, but it's more of a feel-good show. I don't think it's comparable in any way to Breaking Bad. USA usually churns out those shows that are entertaining but pretty cookie cutter (like Suits & Burn Notice).

 

I'm not saying Suits is not good (I'm an avid fan of it as well) but I am saying that it's nowhere close to Breaking Bad from acting perspective and especially screenplay. Suits is good at choosing good looking and charming actors, had a small crush on most of the women from there, however, the topics are not that heart wrenching as in Breaking Bad.

 

I like it. I love the scripting and subtle oxymorons, aswell as links that most viewers never connect. Resumes in four days, pretty excited.

 

Frickin awesome TV show, 3 more days until new episodes start. It's also rated 5/5 on netflix

 

I've never watched it I've heard of it friends etc but I don't know when I'll start watching it, anyways whats the film or TV series about?
