Personally, I like doing 5-8 mile runs. They're enjoyable, especially with music. Anyone else run?

My max has been a 10 mile run, completed in 70 minutes. Kept a nice strong steady pace.

I love running, but I throw up after running fast for even short distances. I'm a pretty good short distance sprinter though. I run 100m in 11.90 :)
Which is pretty decent for my ages. I can't run 8 miles ^_^

I'm okay at sprinting, not really my thing though. I can keep steady pace's insanely well.

I kept within 7:00 and 7:10 each mile for 10 miles, I was proud. I was also hurting when I got home. ^_^

I'm like macro, I can in insanely fast over a short distance. I once did a mile, but I never did anything remotely close to that again.

I do about 3 miles before school, and 2 after dinner;)

I'm more of the walking type then the running type... :)

That's dang good... I'm cross country captain at my school this year. I like to run a lot. I usually only do between 3-7 miles every day though. I've done 10 a couple times though. My fastest 5k/3.1 mile time is 15:30 :)

I'm not into long distance running, but I do admire those who run long distances because it's far more difficult than it may seem. I've run at the most 1 mile per time. I don't usually run, but if I do it's most likely a sprint (40-100 yards).

I do, I'm a sprinter.

I do the 150 in 18 seconds.

I do 3-5 miles, and if I'm hyper that day I go up to 6-8. Listening to music helps me run longer because it's more entertaining to do, since just running by itself is boring.

Yeah, it does get boring running by yourself if you don't have music. I usually run with a buddy. I enjoy running by myself up in the mountains, though.

Running with music doesn't work out with me because whenever I go out running with my iPod my earphones don't like to stay in, lol.

I'm not really a runner. I skate, to be honest. I play Ice Hockey, and skating is one of my skills, so I just decide to skate laps for hours upon hours. I don't glide/coast though, that would ruin the point. It's actually a decent workout. I just don't enjoy running.

Haha. Well if you're an avid runner I would invest in a pair of the sport headphones, the ones that can be wrapped around the ear. I know that Nike makes a good pair of running headphones.

Where do you skate in the summer though, where I live the lakes are really only good Mid November through Mid March, and even that's a bit of a stretch.

I play hockey avidly.

im more of a rollerblader. im good at running though.

my fastest time, for a mile was 6:34.

but i love to skateboard mostly. lol
