Anyone know how i can translate this?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a program or a way i can get this translated into english? im at a loss and would appreciate any assistance.

 

Can't you drag with your mouse and copy? if you can, do that and paste it on http://translate.google.com/ and translate. I don't even know if that's a real language. I know what's on the left is for sure though, but not on the right.

 

Well its in russian, but i dont have a russian language pack. i was hoping to be able to translate the entire HTML help file to avoid it being mis-translated. Thank you for the suggestion. Do you think i need to get the language pack or what?

 

What's on the left is not even a language and it's showing as it is because you don't have the language pack so you'll need to download one to be able to have it show up as Russian writing which you can then translate.
