Anyone else just get that e-mail from Carbonhost?

I bought a $10 server from them like a week ago, never got it. Today I got an e-mail that stated this:

Kinda pissed, hopefully I can get my money back.

 

Sounds like a huge scam. After you purchased, they demand not to buy any products + use an excuse like "can't get in contact with the owner".

 

I've used them for over half a year now with no problems at all, that's why I'm so surprised at this.

 

Did you email them first, or was that email you received from them a mass announcement?

I received it out of the blue, it was a mass message.

 

well you shouldn't pay for something you didn't get, try to contct them say you want the product you paid for or your money back

 

At least it seems like they have good intentions by giving you a warning first.
