[anyone but superfluous] Confusing Ban - Part 3

I was banned by Superfluous for this rule > Interacting on Two or More Accounts/Sharing Accounts: you are strongly advised not to create more than one account at Sythe.org, but, if you do, ensure that the accounts do not interact. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

I was banned because me and another member (Nebraska) created threads of another community and Superfluous claims I broke the rule stated above.

I'd like to see a verdict by other moderators of Sythe.

Leaving this for someone apart from me to deal with per the user's request. The reasoning for my ban was:
-both accounts are advertising the same thing on near-verbatim threads
-both accounts are affiliated (see first post here: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-twc/1833728-confusing-ban-appealing-part-2-a.html)
-there was self-vouching between the accounts
-though both accounts are not owned by the same person (or are they? i haven't been able to prove it), i treated this as self-vouching/self-interaction. we wouldn't allow two workers for the same gold service to make threads advertising the same thing and then vouch each other

also, the ban is only two weeks long, and it's been a week

 

user's gonna wait it out
