Anybody good with websites (wordpress)?

I now own a website and I need to fix some stuff.

Namely, I need to change the layout/theme to something I like better.

Also, I need help with figuring out how to remove the ads that are curently on the site and putting new ones instead.

I would strongly encourage you to check out twitter bootstrap (open source) for layouts. It includes css pre named classes and gives you much more abilities than normal html would ever allow.
