Anybody else not enjoying the changes?

Yeah I'm gonna stay away from league until the new season starts, preseason is just too dumb with all the op shit and all the people who don't know what the fuck is going on and have blank mastery pages and shit

 

That's still far from expensive enough.

 

What do you think would be a good fix, keep the combine cost the same, but have it build out of NLR / BF?

 

Mhm.. Way too snowbally with the bonus tower dmg aswell as the ADC buffs.

 

I feel like they should also tweak something about how it stacks or mess around with the build path like you said. The fact that it stacks so quickly on melee champs and has relatively cheap components makes it an almost mandatory first item for most top laners.

What did they change about damage to towers? I thought it was weird how I was hitting 500s on them..

 

Towers have 0 armour/magic resist when there are enemy minions in range of them & AP champions now scale their damage to structures based on their AP if their APx(something) > AD. I'm not sure what the ratio was.

I'm not quite sure about that since it would make it a lot harder to build. It might be better to do something like:

Blasting Wand (850)
Pickaxe (875)
Recurve Bow (1000)
+575
=3200

 

Didn't know about the armor change but wasn't that always the case for AP tower damage?

 

Mhm you can pretty much get a full mid lane tower in like 2 backs now.. It's actually worth it to play harrasing champions/early game champions, just because of the snowball (this also adds to the pre 20 minute baron) + the new masteries make AD champions get lifesteal way earlier. + pretty much yasuo.

 

No, AP tower damage was 5.21 I think.

Also forgot to mention that towers got max HP buffs to compensate for the change in armour/mr but you still take them down way faster.

 

Its preseaon where all the random stuff happens and op shiz happens like rageblade jax

 

I'm not caring for the 10 man thunderlord's decree. If I'm not a tank or playing a heal based support or brand, I feel like there is no reason not to go thunderlord's.

 

Yeah Thunderlord's is the best mastery by far right now. No point going anything else.

Meh... I stopped playing LoL when 4.21 came, I thought about come back in S6 but after all these changes I probably won't.

 

Yeah I haven't really been playing much since the changes. Hopefully they even out all the kinks by the time the new season starts.

Don't really mind the changes. There will be more to come in regards to the balance side of things, don't fret.
