Anybody else getting bored?

Past level 20 there's not much to do. I've been leveling two accounts, one is level 18 and one is level 21. It seems the game is soft capped at 20 because the XP is too hard to get, and even pidgeys take 5 pokeballs to catch. Also, there's no endgame. We can't PVP and there's no trading. All there is are gyms that anybody can take down. Maybe the game's not for me. Keep in mind I had a blast until I hit the 20s.

 

Yup, exactly, im still gonna get level 30 for the cp cap there.

 

Haven't even had the time to get bored bcus I am restricted to when I play it. I was driving around in circles around where I live and the children's play park in my car this morning trying to catch some, oh dear...

Hopefully they update it for rural areas soon as I have no pokemon within a 5 mile radius of me legit NO spawns.

 

I heard the new cap is 40 for cp

Also i haven't gotten bored just yet and im level 23

I unfortunately got bored rather fast of this game. I hope for additional features in the future.

 

I'm just annoyed because all I can catch around here are damn Rattata's and Pidgeys. I spent 3 hours walking around my city a few days ago and the best thing I got was a 122 Magmar from a 10KM egg. I'm only level 11 but what in the actual fuck.

 

I wouldn't say bored, per se. Rather, it's not a priority. I open it up every now and then when I'm in a certain new place to check for Pokemon but I never have it out all the time like I used to. Haven't actually played in a few days. I'd rather be playing Overwatch lmao.

 

i think if they didn't destroy more remote areas with garbage pokemon and introduced more player-player interaction, i would be more active and care more about being level 25+. still really fun though when you're with someone

 

It also might have to do with the fact that you're playing two accounts.

 

I don't think that the game itself has become boring, but I have stopped going out of my way to solely play it. I'm just sticking to using it when I go downtown or run some errands that way it stays fresh for a bit longer. I think they're going to have to add some type of a player to player feature besides trading or another Gen of Pokemon within the next few months or it'll become pretty stale for users who play it regularly.

 

Am I the only one who didn't download Pokemon Go? It seemed boring to me even at first glance.

 

Ive been having a lot of fun playing pokemon go. I clean pools for a living and drive all over. I find random lures popped and a ton of different pokemon. From what I've seen I probably have the most diverse collection of pokemon. (between friends and randoms i meet) My only issue centers around the time spent on the game. Time spent catching pokemon = increased work hours.

 

I live in a small town with only a few pokestops, which makes it more difficult to progress in the game and makes it even more grinding then for people living in bigger cities... I will propbably quit once I hit lvl 20 and start over, just so that I don't have to grind that much

 

I can say I'm one who got extremely bored extremely quickly. It took me 2 or so weeks just to get to level 5, and I'm still there another week later. I had better Pokemon adventures using my imagination as a child than I have playing Pokemon Go.

 

I'm still having a lot of fun. The social aspect is what keeps me going. So many people everywhere playing and chatting it up and having some great banter. If you're playing solo and in places without other players, then I can understand the situation. Just don't overplay the game - I'm level 21 and I think that's a decent level to be at the moment.

 

I'm botting now and I'm having a blast again

 

The gps hack ruins the game tho. Gyms getting fucked up from all over the world.

 

Anyone here who belong to asian countries? i just to know its possible to install Pokemon go on my android set because its unavailable in my store
