I think you can do it but it will be quite hard, umm try looking in the guides section for like unbanning accounts or something.

There are few people on these forums who are pro at doing this.
Your best seeking for one of the people on these forums who knows what there doing.

Send them multiple queries, it worked for me about....a year ago =)

They've probably stopped people from doing that by now...
