Any ways to fix delay lag?

So... I'm tired of buying firecape's. I've boughten 3 in the past month off here because I get this terrible delay lag and die (about 1.5 seconds of delay). I used to play WoW on this computer with no problem at all. But when I run runescape on IE, Google Chrome, RSClient I get the lagg. But I just noticed when I bot it doesn't delay lag at all lol. Whats the problem anyone know? Thanks

 

sounds to me like it's because of google chrome.
use the official runescape download client from their site.

Also check the ping of the world you're in before you login

 

Do you use a router? I used to have a router that i used and whenever it was hooked up, runescape lagged. I just took off the router and got a new computer.

Runescape had bad server lagg recently.

I tried using all(chrome, rs client, IE, maybe it's just that im on wireless i guess. Dont get why the bot client works better though lol.

 

If it doesn't lag at all on the bot client, then the problem is probably your browser (i.e. chrome). Just play on the official rs client.

 

Delay is based on your connection.

Dial up, some dsl, and mobile broadband (if it has good single) have no delay lag at all.

Cable depending on the company has delay lag's, and all satellite will have delay's.

 

If the lag is server side, it will lag the official Rs client as well, obviously.

A couple days ago I was dunging and died twice on boss cuz w117 kept experiencing lag.
My whole team raged because we all died multiple times.
