    I have 13 prayer, 80 range and 70 hp.

    Are there any trusted people that can do this and is it still possible?

    How much would it cost and what would be the setup?

    Why wouldn't you trust Steroidperm? He has gotten countless no prayer capes, including his own account... He even has videos on YouTube, and is also happy to answer any questions. I wouldn't trust anyone BUT Steroidperm, personally.
