Any duck hunters here?

I myself am an avid duck hunter, anyone else from sythe duck hunt? It might be a long shot, but I figured Ide ask!

If you don't mind me asking, what exactly do you do with the ducks once you've shot them..?

 

Breast them out and then cook them eventually. If they're pretty enough might get it mounted aswell.

well, we dont have ducks here in kuwait.. its a desert

i pretty much hunt anything that flies.. many types of birds
oh and yeah, i make them my dinner.

 

Nice picture. I use to hunt duck years ago when i was younger but now that I'm a bit older i just stick to deer, bear, ect. I haven't ate duck in quite a few years now i actually miss it once in awhile lol.

Ide rather hunt ducks than deer, used to deer hunt but duck/goose hunting is way more fun, more action most of the time.

 

I do not personally hunt and I don't think people should hunt 'for the fun' although I love eating meat. I have never tried duck however.

I have no issue with you hunting as a hobby as you put the duck to good use (take home and eat/stuff the duck as an ornament)

I would not agree with people that just shot a duck and left it, however.

 

Yeah, part of the hunting heritage, make use of what you kill. Show it honor so to speak. There are some things as coyotes that we hunt because they need thinned out. Not good to eat, but they're killing our deep population here.

Nope illinois. I want to go to Arkansas to hunt sometime. Amazing hunting down there.
