Take out the part where it says "as you may check" They know they can check already, and they will, but you baiting them to do so sounds forced, as if you did a recovery just for the purpose of saying you recovered your account. I'd go ahead and try it, and with the situation that you are working under, the sooner you appeal, the better.
Go onto runescape.com homepage, Enter the forums and click on "Contact us!" then click on "Account review thread -NEW!" and post there. If it is closed, use "contact us!" and post it in "name changed?" tell them your situation and it wasn't you, you got hacked, make up some story. good luck.

Not for macroing dude.
I'm still banned from macroing, even after the update.
It has N/A on lift date.
botting will be perm ban if you don't have proof it wasn't you, if its not for botting or bug abuse you got a good chance (email them or account reveiw thread)
all macro bans get denied i never seen on unbanned unlucky
