    Still, would Sythe care to explain how this will affect people with dynamic IPs, unless it actually IP bans a user, once a limit has been reached, let's say, 3 IP changes a month, this won't really help that much.

    Good Thing: reduce scamming, and scammers from coming back.

    Bad Thing: People that use proxies to access sythe because it may be blocked...(school..etc)

    No, and yes. Seeing the bad in things isn't always a bad thing. I'm just always the one asking why and how, it will only make it better, my questions or comments haven't been false, nor am I saying it's a bad thing. I've already said I think this is a step in the right direction, but more still needs to be done to make this as effective as it could be. Your biggest weakness, could be your biggest strength.
