Im not a vetaran when it comes to botting. Ive botted alot, its simply that i do not oftenly care about runescape since its all about the money in my view. but ive had experience with scar, rsbot and premium autobot cs.

Ive had almost 2 years of experience, and maybe im not of much help since sythe is full of posts and probably the content of this one has already been discusses about. but there is something id really like to share with every botter.

Ive never participated on Sythe and im not sure if this topic is in the right section. I hope you guys appreciate the information, its not a fact about botting but certainly not a untrue statement either.

Ive been botted on like 50 accounts in my rs life, of which i sold like 20 of them. Of which 8 accounts were subscribed to member of which 3 got permanently banned. Alot of the other accounts got banned aswell but they were f2p, so not a very important matter if you ask me.

And apart from all the valid information about antiban/random, taking breaks, and not botting longer then 10hours a day are all true statements. Yet i took a closer look on all my accounts and the way i used to bot on them, and i realised that the remaining 3 members acounts that didnt got banned had a different pattern then the 5 that god banned.

IT's all about the money, isnt it Fagex?

I will explain here, its has much to do with the changed rule of conduct on rule 4 and rule 7 regarding a 1 or 2 week ban for first time macroing.

The change of this rule has always been for a reason. I think its pretty far sought but the economy crisis certainly has to do with it.

Its clear that jagex needs money. Which isnt a surpirze if you compare their recent team with 2 years ago at which they made 5times less updates then today.

This all costs money including the subscribing rate of new and more members to monitor, including everything in the business, devloping, community control (rs forums for example) site developers, code writers, java editors, engine builders tweakers, all crew had to be 3 multiplied during the last 2 years to keep at the pace in which new users subscribe.

Apparently jagex needs money, and not just since the update but they always had and exspecially in this era they welcome you with open arms if you donate to their membership.

All existing rules have to be applied to botting (like 10hours a day, using breaks and the rest of it)

The fact is that jagex doesnt give a simple fuck that you bot. Really they dont care a single bit. There is something that they do care about, their game...
And as long as the game environment seems pleasant enough they wouldnt actually ban a bot. Its when players complain about the bots (using report abuse) option that jagex takes measurements to deal with them. Its only about the fairplay because that matters if you wanna create a nice game environment where everybody is equal (ofcourse jagex fails badly at this since java is just to easy to crack and read the game applet) but they will ban you for everybodys comfort.

And they need the report option or else all players will leave due to unfair gameplay. I even think the majority of the jagex staff has always praised and cheered to keep pking alive as it was. But they think their income and game status is much more important. And how can you blame them anyway. If i would be the head of jagex i would have taken the same measurements in order to get rich. Cause its all about money.

Credit pattern

The good thing about botters is that they buy membership regularly. And if your one of the few botters that doesnt then start buying membership today, idc how you get the membership, legal or illegal, as long as you regularly keep yourself registered as a member you wont get banned. Jagex cheers at the fact that you re subscribe as a member. You greatly improve your chances of staying alive in the botting business as long as you rebuy. WHich involves atleast the following pattern.

First you buy 1 month membership to start with. And you know what, most botters already do. And i saw a thread not so long ago about a possible fact that jagex might secretly give you 1 month of botting time before they decide to ban you. This statement is false, and the truth is actually simple.

Most people buy 1 month memberships to train one or more of the memberskills. Pure and simple to train f2p skills afterwards. This is easy for account sale, since they botters only need 1 month of membership in order to gain their goals. Jagex displeases this behavious and i found out while comparing all my used accounts that they actualy wish that you buy a new membership after the first month runs out. Ofcourse, when you start your first membership you'll start by buying 1 month of membership. And about a week before the monthly membership runs out you rebuy its membership, but not by 1 month.

This time you take one step further, to 3 months, and before that runs out you upgrade it to half a year, and so forth and so forth.

its a scary business since this method is regarding real life money. Being a botting member really ensures your chances of not being banned. Certainly with view on the changed rule that clearly shows jagex financial troubles.

Jagex knows that bots will return to their businesses if they do not ban the member bots. If they did they would scare us away causing their financial income to drop. Cause honestly, botters are jagex financial helpers.

My story

All these applied patters of buying membership credit where all made on my 3 remaining main accounts. On my other 5 member accounts that got banned, they all subscibed for 1 month until they got banned when i returned to f2p.

Its not a fact yet, and nothing is a fact in the botting world for that matter. But i do advice every member botter to keep a look at this and how jagex turns out its bans. Cause this is really the way jagex approaches botters.

The story doesnt end there in fact, 1 of those 3 main accounts did got a perm ban in fact. I have appealed it back, and the content of the appeal wasnt like this EXAMPLE:::::
I really dont know what to do, i have no life and ive been neglected all the time, i have nothing else but runescape and i cant help i play for 48hours, i dont know what to do. Perhaps i gonna play suicide tommorow, cause you guys totally broke me HEEEEEELPPPPPP!!!!!

apart from some laughter that takes places before some desks while reading this i think most accepted appeals are done this way.
They mostly work, now read what i have putten in my appeal. And this is really true, might make a screenshot of it soon. it was in regardance to botting at which i even shouted upon a player mod in the event.

Look, jagex i dont really care if you ban me, i just make a new account and i havent wasted atleast a minute of effort on my eighty skills for a single minut in my life. So dont think you hurt me. What does amazes me is that i buy membersip everytime, and if money is the only thing your interested in then why this overhauling actions? I mean there is a economic crisis. I make it simple, i have mutiple accounts i bought membership on, which i dont care about because theyre sold for more cash in the end anyway so your not affectiong me in anyway. And if this banhammer is going to take place more times on my account id rather train f2p skills to sell my accounts. you just making a fool of yourselves, so you can just keep the account locked if you wish. You can also ip ban me ofcourse, a ip ban wont just do you any good for reasons i cant tell, cause if i did you would now how to block me. Secondly i only bot in crowded quikchat areas most of the time so theirs no suspicion for unfair play and no reason for a ban, i was actualy trying to make a all 99 character in the future years. How many reports has been given on my name anyway? 1 or 2? yes, ive been really caught, not even any of my friendlist friends know im botting. And jagex, you all know that 50% of runescape uses bots so get over yourself.
So have a nice lifetime of persuence and a nice day ofcourse.

Above story, made my account deblocked. Maybe you guys have a hard time to believe this since its a very informal talk all over, but they did. Im still in much doubt, did the jagex mod hit the accept button on purpose or was he really convinced about my story. Thats still one quesiton unanswered, but i got my account back so there.

This doesnt prove in anyway that the story will be legit for everytime. It does indicate that some facts are true, and if its me to aducate i think its really the financial problem theyre facing and they gladly see more memberships to be bought.

Im curious what you guys might think of all this, theres certainly some truth behind it, because money always matters.

Well, GL botting to everyone.

hhm.. i've had like 4 accounts that i botted with 6 99's on with only buying 1 month membership. they're all f2p now and not banned.

I do think there is some truth behind what you said, but i really don't think jagex takes the time to sift through the accounts that only buy 1 month memberships.

i do, however, think that they are more lenient with their pay2play'ers as far as rule violations go.

they don't give a flying shit, if you bot and you get caught, you get banned.

There is some truth behind what you said, as kill dank stated. However, I occasionally bot on a mule account that has never been a member. I've botted 1-85 mining, 70+ combat stats, and 25M worth of rune essence on it. It's been a year since I first started (obviously I don't bot on it too often).
