How many skills are possible to train with absolutely nothing wielded/in your inventory and no familiars?

Excluding quest XP, Tears of Guthix, or anything that grants you xp that isn't a way of training the skill.

If its nothing in inventory, but you can use EQUIPED you can add many more such as woodcutting, mining, and hunter, so in TOTAL it would be 14.

Absolutely nothing. I should have said no familiars, because, well, you would need the pouch and that's an item but some of those are wrong anyway. You cannot train fishing with no items.
