Another vouch stealer. IP BAN because it's probably the same guy

This person is a ban evader. I got their original account SUPERBABE banned. They then made another account named beyblade w00t, which is now also banned. Well today while skimming through user services, this guy appears again. how do I know? The name JOHN, and he uses the same stolen vouches and layouts.
