Another Quick Hello

Well, let's just say that some people are really needy... I sold someone some SSGP through Skype, and the trade was done, blah blah. He told me he wanted another 10m, and I was like "no." Then, he threatened to hit me offline, and proceeded to. The wireless on my router no longer works, and I'm connected wired to my old Desktop computer. (which I absolutely hate Windows Vista) How are you all doing?

Yeah, I'd report him to the police, DDoSing is illegal. Also, selling SSGP is risky, I got banned for a while for doing that as I took out my partner, who little did I know he owned SSGP. He trades people and then bans them, buyers and sellers...

 

Yeah, I blocked him everywhere and he's now banned on Sythe. I still don't have the money for a new router, etc.. But that was my last SSGP trade. I think I'll stick to BSGP now.. if you want it, his skype is natashaownz

Could anyone give me some advice on how to fix a router that's not working wirelessly? I can connect to it, but it tells me it has no internet access. I'm pretty sure it is a NETGEAR, if that would help.

EDIT: As for the police, I would, but my parents don't believe me. And, they don't believe it's that serious.

 

you don't need a new router, try to put power off and on, this should help if you have a dynamic IP. normally there should be a log in the netgear main menu (i also have a netgear router), then just search of it

the normal IP for the netgear router is 192.168.0.1 , login name is admin, password is password (if you haven't changed it (standart settings))
you can then block that ip completly or show it you'r parents, and then go to the police

 

I have comcast(which is static). So that didn't work, already tried that. I already reset the router (literally) to system settings, and I'm connected through a modem right now, and I need to take a cord out of the modem to use the router. With the netgear router, there is 3 symbols up top, the power,
an upside down ?, and a wireless symbol. Power is on, upside down ? is on orange, and wireless is on. ALSO, there's 4 numbers. Those 4 numbers usually load up. They don't AT ALL. When comcast is down, it still goes to #1. Now, it doesn't do anything. If anyone had this problem, tell me what happened, please. I have to wait a month for a new router, because we're REALLY low on money.
