Another idea for free rs membership!

Okay, so my first idea failed with the VOIP programs.

So here it is, would I be able to get a pin via. the send sms option using ICQ?
It is possible to send and receive, and I know that sending has no charges, but I read somewhere you can get charged for receiving but I'm not sure, would anyone be able to clear things up for me?

i dont think its possible (but im not sure what icq is)
if its a pc sms, i think jagex made this thing where they can detect em and they dont work, or you cant text short numbers like promo ones like 82303 or w/e rs membership is

 

ICQ is like aim, has anyone ever tried though? Macdonald your post was very vague, may you ellaborate?

 

i am currently trying it, and it doesn't allow you to add 64337 to your contact's mobile number. It says "invalid mobile number". So i don't think it will work.
